Abstract

In August 2017, Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) in Papua Province decreased by -0.28 percent with NTP index of 94.17 compared to the previous month's NTP index of 94.43. The decline that occurred due to price index change accepted by farmer (I_t) is smaller than price index paid by farmer 〖(I 〗bb) where I_t decreased -0.17 percent and I_b increased 0.11 percent
