Abstract

The Star Hotel Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) during October 2023 reached 35.68 percent and the number of guests staying was 29,487 guests.

Average Length of Stay (RLMT) of Star Hotels during October 2023 reached 1.68 days

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels during October 2023 reached 35.68 percent or decreased by 4.55 points compared to September 2023 which amounted to 40.23 percent. While the Non-Star Hotel TPK reached 19.57 percent or decreased by 2.36 points compared to September 2023 which amounted to 21.93 percent.

When compared to the same month in the previous year, the TPK of star hotels fell by 4.11 points and non-star hotels fell by 4.78 points.

The Average Length of Stay of Guests (RLMT) in Star Hotels in October 2023 reached 1.68 days, an increase of 0.04 points compared to September 2023 which amounted to 1.64 days. Meanwhile, the RLMT of Non-Star Hotels in October 2023 reached 1.36 days or decreased by 0.22 points compared to September 2023.
