The focus of development has begun to shift not only to centers of economic activity, but also to the village as a pillar of the real sector of the economy. Data and information about the specific potential of a particular village is something that is very much needed for planning, controlling, and evaluating development. The village potential data collection (PODES) is able to describe the potential in question. This publication contains information on the availability of basic service infrastructure, economic infrastructure and village-owned infrastructure.The availability of basic service infrastructure is one of the indicators for calculating the village geographic difficulty index. Basic service infrastructure includes education and health facilities. The availability of Education and Health facilities in a certain area is very interesting information because this will encourage the growth of a region. Economic infrastructure includes the availability of trade facilities such as markets, shops, banks, cooperatives, and accommodation. The existence of economic infrastructure in an area will increase the occurrence of economic transactions and encourage public access to community MSME activities. This will indirectly improve the national economy. The development of village-owned infrastructure is one of the achievements of the village government's performance. Village-owned infrastructure in this publication includes the existence of Village-Owned Enterprises and village dams.Based on the descriptive analysis in this publication, we can obtain information on the percentage of a certain village or kelurahan that has basic service infrastructure facilities, economic infrastructure and village-owned infrastructure. This is information that is needed in planning and evaluating the development of an area in Jayapura City.
