ANNOUNCEMENT OF RECRUITMENT OF PROSPECTIVE STATISTICAL PARTNERS
BPS CITY JAYAPURA, 2024
Towards Fiscal Year 2024, the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) organised various preparations, especially for the needs of statistical partners in censuses/surveys during 2024.
Following up on this preparation, BPS Kota Jayapura held a recruitment of prospective BPS statistical partners in 2024. All selection stages use a web-based application, namely "SOBAT BPS" which can be accessed at the address https://mitra.bps.go.id or can be downloaded at the play store by selecting SOBAT BPS.
There are 3 stages of recruiting potential partners:The first stage: 1-5 November 2023 is Registration.
At this stage all registrants, both those who have never registered with SOBAT BPS and those who have already registered, must register online. For those who have never registered with SOBAT BPS, to make it easier, you can see the registration tutorial at the address http://s.bps.go.id/RegristrasiSobat.
Second stage: 6-8 November 2023 is a competency test for prospective partners.
Competency tests are only attended by participants who are declared accepted / passed the administrative selection (can be seen in the BPS SOBAT of each participant)
Third stage: 15 December 2023 is the announcement of the recruitment results.
The results will be announced through the official website and account of BPS Kota Jayapura on 15 December 2023.
Terms and Conditions:

2. Physical and Spiritual Health
3. Discipline and Commitment
4. Willing to work under contract
5. Willing to Attend Training (if any)
6. Able to Speak Indonesian Well as well as Read and Write
7. Able to Communicate well
8. Preferably educated at least high school / equivalent
9. Preferably domiciled in Jayapura City
10. Preferably 18 to 50 years old at the time of registration
11. Preferably own, master and can use a computer/gadget/tablet/smartphone
12. Preferably own and able to drive a motorised vehicle
13. Preferably experienced with census/survey activities at BPS
14. Able to cooperate and coordinate with team members, BPS employees, Village/Kelurahan Apparatus, SLS Chairmen/Managers (RT/W), etc.
Through this recruitment activity, it is hoped that reliable field statistical and data processing partners will be obtained in supporting BPS Kota Jayapura activities in 2024.
Statistical Partner Activities in 2024
Field data collection includes household surveys, business actors, ASF, Cropping, etc. Data processing activities include Map Processing and Data Entry.
